Lost or Stolen Plates

Lost, stolen, or damaged plates can be replaced by any registered owner on record.

• An Affidavit of Loss form can be completed in advance with a notarized signature or the form can be completed in our office with us witnessing the signature.
• The fee ranging between $27.25 to $77.25 will replace the tab and print a new registration reflecting the updated plate and tab number. Replacing a specialty plate or requesting your existing plate number to be printed on your replacement plate will cost an additional fee.
