Titling
Titling these items are no different from any other vehicle or trailer with the exception of Use Tax on any incoming out of state recreational vehicle or trailer.
- Any same owner title and registration moving to WA must provide proof of sales tax that was paid at their time of purchase, unless you have owned it over 7 years in a sales tax collecting state.
- Sales tax credit will be given for any sales tax already paid, but you may owe a difference if you paid sales tax at a lower percentage than Washington State collects at.
- Titling Motorhomes with a transfer of ownership requires signatures for Federal Odometer Disclosure on all vehicles 2011 years or newer.
- Titling out of state Motorhomes require a scale weight. This can be through printed research, or a scale weight receipt.
